Perspectives 360 - some facts:
Unlike many online 360 degree assessment products, Perspectives 360 has been around for some time. It was developed in 2001 to research the skill needs of managers on behalf of a Regional Development Agency.
Perspectives 360 was originally called Management Perspectives. Its name was changed in 2009 because there are now many different Editions including Manager, Public Sector Leadership, Business Advisor and Assessor.
Perspectives 360 unique selling proposition (USP) is the personalised set of practical development suggestions that the online 360 assessment report generates, which enables individuals to improve performance immediately.
Perspectives 360 is owned by leadership, management and coaching specialists Exponential Training & Assessment. Exponential was established in 1999 and has completed thousands of online 360 assessments using Perspectives 360.
The first Perspectives Account Holder was Business Link. It is now being used by Business Link as part of Train to Gain. Other users include small and medium sized businesses, NHS Trusts, MacDondald Restaurants, The NRG Group, Arriva, The Disney Store, The East Midlands Development Agency, The Learning & Skills Council and many more.
Perspectives 360 has many uses including: training needs analysis, skills diagnostic or benchmarking, personal development planning, as part of a coaching programme, as an evaluation tool (before and after training), skills research project in sectors and regions, part of management development programmes and accreditation of prior achievement for work-based qualifications.
